Archer Bros

Play as a pair of archer siblings in this game made for the Brackey's 2021.1 Game Jam!

Intended to be played as a local co-op game. Player 1 uses the keyboard to control their character, using the WASD keys for movement, the Space button to shoot, and the Escape key to pause. Player 2 needs to plug in a gamepad to play, Left Stick moves them while the Right Shoulder Button will shoot.

As this game was made under the "Stronger Together" Theme of the Brackeys Game Jam, there are a few mechanics that reward cooperation. Catching your partner's arrows will replenish your own arrows, as well as doubling the damage of your next arrow. Additionally, you can deal double damage by shooting an enemy that your partner last hit.

There are only currently two levels to this game, but I will likely work on it a bit more to try and polish it and add sound, add more levels and enemies, and make my own assets for this game.
